Nextel antennas from the La Salle Academy, a Catholic
elementary school in the Diocese of Scranton. Jessup Area
Neighborhood Alliance (JANA) challenged the zoning permit
that the Borough had issued in error to Sprint Nextel
for building cellular antennas in a residential area.
